REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
NOTE:
- This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending
on the vehicle specification, but the
essential information is always correct.
- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components
removed to provide extra clarity.
- This procedure contains illustrations for left side components, right
side components are similar.
1. Remove the door mirror glass.

CAUTION:
- Take extra care when releasing the clips, if not followed the vehicle
will be damaged.
- Use a suitable tool to release the door mirror motor assembly.
- Remove the screw.
- Release the 3 clips.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the door mirror motor assembly.
INSTALLATION
1.
CAUTION:
- Make sure all the clips are properly installed.
- An audible click is heard when the door mirror motor assembly is
located correctly.
- Make sure that the wiring harnesses are correctly located.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the door mirror motor assembly.
- Install the 3 clips.
- Install and tighten the screw.
Torque: 1.2Nm
2. Install the door mirror glass.

Before opening the hood, make sure
that the ignition is switched off and the
smart key is removed from the vehicle.
Failure to do so can potentially result in
serious injury or death.
Pull the handle, located in the left front
footwell.
Pull the hood safety catch, located
underneath the cent
