REMOVAL

WARNINGS:

NOTES:

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles

1. Remove the front row seat.

2. Make the SRS safe.

Release the 2 lower backrest cover clips.

Remove the 2 right side seat cushion clips.

Release the 3 seat cushion cover clips.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the seat cushion heater element.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the Occupant Classification Sensor Control Module (OCS) .

Release the 3 right side seat cushion clips.

Release the 5 left side seat cushion clips.

Release the seat cushion cover front clip.

NOTES:

Remove the front seat cushion assembly.

Use a suitable tool to remove and discard the 14 hog rings.

Use a suitable tool to remove and discard the 15 hog rings.

Remove the front row seat cushion cover.

INSTALLATION

The following step(s) applies to: All vehicles

1. Install the front row seat cushion cover.

NOTES:

Front Row Seat Cushion Cover

Renew Part: Hog rings Quantity: 15.

The following step(s) applies to: Vehicles with climate controlled seats

Front Row Seat Cushion Cover

Install 14 new hog rings in the sequence illustrated.

Install 15 new hog rings in the sequence illustrated.

5. Install the front seat cushion assembly.

6. Install the 5 left side seat cushion clips.

7. Install the 3 right side seat cushion clips.

8. Install the seat cushion cover front clip.

NOTE: If equipped.

Connect the electrical connector to the OCS.

NOTE: If equipped.

Connect the electrical connector to the seat cushion heater element .

11. Install the 3 seat cushion cover clips.

15. Install the manual height adjustment handle cover to the 4 clips.

18. Install the 2 right side seat cushion clips.

20. Install the 2 lower backrest cover clips.

21. Install the front row seat.

22. Connect the startup battery ground cable.
