Land Rover Defender: High Mounted Stop Lamp Filter

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

NOTE:

• This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending on the vehicle specification, but the essential information is always correct.

1. Remove the headliner.

• Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.
• Remove the bolt.
• Remove the High Mounted Stop Lamp (HMSL) filter.

INSTALLATION

1.

• Install the High Mounted Stop Lamp (HMSL) filter.
• Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the HMSL filter.
• Install and tighten the bolt.

  Torque: 9Nm

2. Install the headliner.
