Land Rover Defender: Driver Side Vent

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

CAUTION: Do not use metal tools during this operation, removal of the component(s) must be completed with a plastic trim tool.

NOTES:

1. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

CAUTION: Take extra care not to damage the component.

Use a suitable plastic trim tool to release the passenger side trim panel at 8 clips.

9. Remove the driver side A-pillar trim panel.

CAUTIONS:

  • Make sure the electrical connector is correctly secured.
  • Take extra care not to damage the component.

NOTE: Make sure that the bolts are centered in the bolt hole.
