Land Rover Defender: Click & Go System Base Unit

CLICK & GO SYSTEM BASE UNIT - PART NUMBER: VPLRS0388

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

WARNINGS:

INSTALLATION

1.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Lift the head restraint.

2.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Position the click & go base unit.

3.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Install the click & go base unit.

  1. Depress the button.
  2. Compress the click & go base unit.
  3. Push the click & go base unit into position.

4.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Adjust the click & go base unit.

  1. Pull apart the click & go base unit.
  2. Push the click & go base unit down.

5.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Install the retaining clips.

6.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Push the retaining clips fully into position.

REMOVAL

1.

NOTE: Store the clip removal tool (C) in the glovebox when not in use.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Remove the click and go base unit clips.

  1. Insert the removal tool (C) as illustrated.
  2. Pull the tool outwards to remove the clip.

2.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Release the click & go base unit.

  1. Depress the button.
  2. Compress the click & go base unit.

3.

Click & Go System Base Unit

Remove the click and go base unit

  1. Push the click and go base unit free.
  2. Pull the click and go base unit from the head restraint as illustrated.
