Land Rover Defender: Front Park Assist Sensor

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

NOTES:

1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2-post lift.

2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the front park assist sensor.

Release the 2 clips and remove the front park assist sensor.

INSTALLATION

Check the paint layer of the parking assist sensor.

Before installing the front park assist sensor, check the condition and the position of the ring.

NOTE: Make sure that the sensor is correctly located to the bracket. Audible clicks will be heard to confirm connection.
