REMOVAL

NOTES:

1.

NOTE: Note the position of the front row right seat before repositioning.

Reposition the front row right seat fully forward and fully upward.

Release the access cover from the 2 grommets.

3.

Startup Battery

Remove the access cover.

4.

CAUTION: Do not disconnect the electrical connector from the Battery Monitoring System (BMS) sensor.

Release the startup battery positive terminal cover.

INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Make sure that the startup BMS module wiring harness does not get caught beneath the startup battery clamp.

4. Install the positive terminal cover.

6. Reposition the front row right seat in the noted position.

7. If a new startup battery is installed, use the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) approved diagnostic equipment to calibrate the BMS control module.
