Electric Supercharger To Front Junction Box Cables

REMOVAL

NOTE:

1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

2. Power down the Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) system.

3. Remove the engine cover.

4. Remove the secondary bulkhead center panel.

Release the 2 breather pipes from the clip.

CAUTION: Make sure there is no tension on the coolant hoses when the oil cooler is removed. Use suitable equipment to support the oil cooler.

10. Remove the rear driveshaft.

11. Remove the front driveshaft.

Lower the height of the transmission jack by 20 mm.

Remove the MHEV battery junction box to electric supercharger cables.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the MHEV battery junction box to electric supercharger cables.

3. Raise the transmission jack.

4. Install the front driveshaft.

5. Install the rear driveshaft.

10. Install the 2 breather pipes to the clip.

11. Install the secondary bulkhead center panel.

12. Install the engine cover.

13. Power up the Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) system.
