REMOVAL
CAUTIONS:
- Lay the window on felt covered supports. Do not stand on edge as this
can cause chips which
subsequently develop into cracks.
- Protect the surrounding paintwork to avoid damage.
NOTES:
- This procedure contains illustrations for left side components, right
side components are similar.
- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components
removed to provide extra clarity.
- This procedure contains some variation in the illustrations depending
on the vehicle specification, but the

1.
- Remove the screw.
- Remove the front door outer weatherstrip.
2.
- Lower the front door window.
- Use the special tool to release the front door window from the regulator
assembly.
Special Tool(s): 501-114
3.
Remove the front door window.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the front door window.
2.
CAUTION:
Make sure that 2 audible clicks are heard when the clips are fully located.
Connect the front door window to the regulator assembly.
3.
- Install the front door outer weatherstrip.
- Install and tighten the screw.
4. Initialize the front door window motor.
