Land Rover Defender: Front Left Fender

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

CAUTION: Care must be taken to avoid damaging the surrounding paintwork.

NOTE:

1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

2. Remove the front fender moulding.

3. Remove the front wheel arch liner.

4. Remove the front bumper.

5. Remove the front fender trim panel.

Remove the bolt.

Remove the 2 bolts.

INSTALLATION

1.

NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

Front Left Fender

Install the 2 bolts.

3.

NOTE: Only tighten the nuts finger tight at this stage.

Front Left Fender

Install the 2 nuts.

4.

NOTE: Only tighten the bolt finger tight at this stage.

Front Left Fender

Install the bolt.

Front Left Fender

Align the fender gaps to the surrounding body panels as illustrated.

14. Install the front fender trim panel.

15. Install the front bumper.

16. Install the front wheel arch liner.

17. Install the front fender moulding.
