Land Rover Defender: Roof Opening Panel Air Deflector
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
NOTES:

on the vehicle specification, but the

- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components
removed to provide extra clarity.
1.
Open the roof opening panel.
2.
NOTE:
Note the position the center alignment stud to aid installation.
Use a suitable tool to release the 12 clips along the edge of the roof
opening panel air deflector as
illustrated.
3.
- Use a suitable tool to release the left air deflector frame clip.
- Reposition, but do not attempt to remove the roof opening panel air
deflector.
4.
- Use a suitable tool to release the right air deflector frame clip.
- Reposition the roof opening panel air deflector.
5.
Remove the roof opening panel air deflector.
INSTALLATION
1.
- Install the roof opening panel air deflector.
- Attach the 2 air deflector frame clips.
2.
CAUTION:
Make sure to install the center alignment stud in the position noted during the
removal steps.
Attach the 12 clips along the edge of the air deflector.
3. Close the roof opening panel.
